The following Partners have aquainted themselves with ABC of ICT and actively address ABC issues in organisations accross the World.

Based in the Netherlands Avighna uses ABC as a way to "Remove Obstacles". Using years of experience as manager and trainer in IT surroundings. Confronting people’s attitude in a kindhearted and humorous way. Helping people to take their responsibility and move forward.

Based in Poland. CT Partners have adopted, and translated the ABC cards into Polish. The cards are used as gifts, giveaways and as part of ITIL training. CT partners are organizing a series of events with expert speakers to address behavior and cultural change.

Based in the Netherlands. KPN Consulting education division (formerly known as Getronics Consulting) has developed an ABC of ICT™ workshop using the ABC of ICT cards. They also deliver consulting based workshops and consulting services. KPN Consulting also has a 'Transformeter' an assessment instrument based upon the 8 steps of John Kotter's 'Leading Change'. This assessment helps measure buy-in and commitment to an ITSM improvement program. Paul Leenards was a contributing author to the ABC of ICT™ book.

Based in Switzerland. Glenfis positions itself as a first-adapter in the Swiss market. Martin Andermatten was the first to adopt ABC in the area and is actively organizing ABC workshops and events.

Based in sweden, Illumin8 was the first company in Scandinavia to adopt the ABC of ICT. Leif Andersson is championing ABC through workshops and conferences and is offering ABC consultancy and training, helping customers raise awareness to ABC and the consequences to their businesses and helping customers finally tackle and solve ABC issues. Leif translated the cards into Swedish and offers them through his website.

Based in the US, ITSM Academy has adopted the ABC of ICT cards as exercises within their ITIL training courses. It’s a perfect complement to their training style - encouraging user participation and fun, while providing quality learning. They are exploring new and different ways to utilize the cards, both in and outside of the classroom.

Based in Düsseldorf, Germany. Gustave Käller has adopted the ABC of ICT cards as an awareness and assessment tool in his rapid culture change programs for IT organizations. The aim of his approach is to create pro-active attitudes and behaviour and develop genuine value systems that last.

Based in the Netherlands, nThen! offers OGC's Best Practice training courses and related Business Solutions. They are the first to also offer the full range of ABC in Action products with these Business Simulations, actively putting ABC to Best Practice.   nThen! works with ABC@remove-this.WORK to offer Acredited PRINCE2 and M_o_R training courses that have incorporated ABC as part of their syllabus.

Based in the UK, Pink Elephant in the UK has adopted the ABC of ICT cards to supplement their existing ITIL training portfolio. David Jones a well known and respected figure in the ITSM community in the UK was quick to recognize the need for addressing the ABC issues.

Based in Finland, SCG Finland uses ABC of ICT to supplement its consultancy and training portfolio in the area of ITSM and IT Governance. ABC of ICT is a great addition to SCG Finland's innovative and people focused approach.

Based in Canada. Peter Lijnse from Service Management Art was the first to embrace and adopt the ABC of ICT™ cards using them in his ITIL training offerings. Peter uses the cards to raise awareness and stimulate discussion. Peter was a contributor to the ABC of ICT book.

Based in Finland, Skopeal is the first to adopt and offer ABC of ICT. Skopeal provides management and IT trainings to its clients. The trainings are personalised and combined with the experience of trainers to yield maximum benefit for the clients.

Based in the Netherlands. Trigono combines the ABC workshops with service management training and consultancy offerings. Trigono had developed its own process implementation method, with focus on design and behavior. These two factors have shown to be key factors to successful service management.

Based in Denmark and Sweden. Westergaard is a leading provider in the market, well known for their innovative and practical approach to ITSM. Mats Berger and Johnny Jenssen have added ABC to their portfolio of workshops, training and in support of their consulting engagements.
